The Comfort Shoe Shop is a privately owned modern business that has developed an extensive range of quality comfortable shoes by Hotter,Rieker, Fidelio Comfort, Kartel and DB. Visit our store at Hythe near Southampton, run and owned by Geoffrey and Bridget Gook for over 40 years, or order from our online store.  Our shop is situated in the High Street of the small picturesque Waterside town of Hythe with parking less than 100 yards away, or for a pleasant change you can get to the Comfort Shoe Shop on the Hythe Ferry out of Southampton.

The shop underwent complete modernisation during July of 2004 at the hands of a specialist firm, who have recently returned (February 2008) and have modernised the adjoining shop so that it can be dedicated to the Hotter brand of shoes.  This has allowed our original shop to devote more space to our other comfort brands  such as Rieker, Moshulu and DB all of which will continue  with even better stock levels than before. The shop is spacious, well lit and well stocked and employs caring, helpful staff who will help you with specific width or fitting needs and will take the time to help you choose and can get shoes on special order if they are not in our stock.

Our opening hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive

During these hours the staff will be pleased to guide you through the options available to help you find really comfortable shoes.
